Outside Sales Representative

We are hiring for San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County Territories (3 openings)

Delco Sales, a premier manufacturers’ representative agency, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and customer-focused sales professional to serve the Commercial Plumbing and Heating channel. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects across the assigned territories.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to:
- Maximize revenue within an assigned account portfolio by growing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and objectives, delivering solutions that contribute to their overall business growth.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our products and services.
- Leverage industry knowledge to formulate strategic business plans that drive measurable sales results.

A deep understanding of the commercial plumbing market and the ability to quickly access resources to respond to customer needs is essential.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 – $125,000 annually, in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
